Personalised onboarding kit

The onboarding kit that puts your culture in every new hire's hands.

On day one, your new joiners are often given a lot of information. Turn the essentials into a simple, tangible and memorable card deck.

Everything they need to know

Everything they need to know. Without the 84-slide PowerPoint.

A card deck breaks onboarding down into short, clear and easy-to-consult information.

Each card answers a question.

Every piece of information finds its place.

New joiners discover the company gradually, rather than having to take it all in on one day.

FAQ

Everything about the onboarding kit

What budget should we plan for a personalised onboarding kit?

The editorial and graphic design of your onboarding deck costs €3,990 excl. VAT. Production starts from €9.99 excl. VAT per box, minimum 250 units. You get a unique object, designed around your culture and your processes.

How long does it take to receive the kits?

Once the brief is approved, we analyse your existing content, structure the deck and create the art direction with you. Allow a few weeks between brief and delivery, depending on the quantity and finishes chosen.

What content can be included in the deck?

Anything that helps a new joiner understand the company: history, culture, values, teams, roles, processes, tools, internal codes, good habits and first actions. We turn every piece of information into short, useful cards.

Can the kit be customised to our visual identity?

Yes, that's the heart of the project. Bespoke art direction, typefaces, colours, illustrations, editorial tone, number of cards and packaging: everything is designed so the deck looks like your company.

Who is the onboarding card deck for?

HR teams for the welcome pack, managers to support new joiners settling into their role, and new employees who keep a simple reference to consult throughout their first year.

Make day one a brand moment.

A successful onboarding isn't just about passing on information. It gives an immediate sense of the company's culture. Give it a form your new joiners will want to keep.
